This is a down home cafe that's always hopping! The food is hot with great portion size for the low cost of home cooked food. The wait staff is friendly and courteous. Take ur family n sit back n enjoy the atmosphere...good for lo e wolf's also!

I have always liked Daisy Mae's even their mashed potatoes are real potatoes . not instatant! Fried chicken is great.

Eat here every now and then when want a chicken fried steak. Food usually good. Staff are usually nice but they have lots of dope heads who work there.

Place is a little run down but has great home cooked food!

We go here about once every couple weeks. This place has been around since I was a child. The staff is friendly and ready to take care of the customer. The food is tasty and consistent. I would recommend this place if you are in town. I recommend the Big John Chicken Friend Steak, it will not disappoint.

Tuesday night, not to busy in the restaurant. Boothes and tables available. Clean. Nice watress. We visit mostly in the morning, but decided to try dinner for a change. Ordered the blackened spicey burger. Two patties with white cheese and onion rings on top. Lettuce, pickles, tomato slice, and onions on the side. Didn't ask for fries, so it came with chips. Huge! Had to smash it down to bite into it. Good overall, I would order again.

The chicken fried steak and eggs special has been great every I have had it in the past 3 years. We make it a point to visit Daisy Mae's every time deer season rolls around.

Good food, excellent service! Hya was our server. I ordered the gumbo, which was excellent & that was the fastest I've ever received my food!

Love the place its amazing and I use to live there my dad Jimmy mills went there everyday until he passed away every sent I was little...its more like a family the a restaurant....

By far one of the best cafes in this area! Thier food is old fashion home cookin and always fresh!! I have been going here since I was a little kid. The waitress/waiters always wear a smile and go the extra mile for thier customers!!

Wonderful delicious food and service. Sirloin steak with salad bar for $12 and homemade pie for $2 a slice. Friendly attentive service and customers. Definitely a favorite.

Used to live in AC and Daisy Mae’s was a favorite stomping ground. Hadn’t been back for several years and had to go. Wasn’t disappointed in the least and in the process ran into several locals that we knew and was able to visit. Recommend! Still seems to be an AC tradition. Never know who you’ll run into and good food was a BONUS!

Great home cooking in a wonderful atmosphere. Lots of seating, and the wait staff was very friendly and prompt. Their salad bar if full of fresh ingredients, and even has some pasta salad options. We were recommended to try some homemade pie...and the peanut butter was exceptional. Prices are very reasonable.

I have to say the fries were really tasty, as was the club sandwich. My daughter enjoyed the burger. We went back several days later, and the food was just average that day. The prices were reasonable. For it being a non chain restaurant I had higher expectations to see what the locals raved about. Some of the sides are canned. I was hoping for fresh produce at the very least. It's not terrible tasting, just fell short of what I expected. Especially since the mom and pop shops are few in this town. It proves in my two visits that the quality is very hit and miss.
